SHIPMENT
We only ship with GLS courier for Italy and Europe, DHL, UPS, SwissPost and other couriers for non-EU shipments. We recommend taking advantage of the insured shipping (at an additional price of € 6) in order to be 100% guaranteed from theft or damage that may occur during shipping. Before accepting the package, make sure it is intact and not wet.

Delivery times are approximately 48-72 working hours for Italy, while for Europe they vary from 4 to 8 working days
WHAT TO DO IF THE WORK ARRIVES DAMAGED
When the courier delivers the work to you, you must first of all make sure that the package is not broken, damaged, wet or otherwise.We still advise you to accept with reserve. If, once the package has been opened, the work is damaged, you must contact us no later than 24 hours from the delivery date. To make the request effective, we ask you to send us photos that clearly show the damage to whitedeisgn59@gmail.com
In this way, we can send you a new item and instruct the courier to go directly to the home to pick up the damaged item at our expense. If you do not take advantage of the insured expense, the return costs are borne by the buyer.
RETURNS
